This notice explains how Vendrel Commerce handles information submitted through the website, client portal and service workflows.

Information we collect
We may receive your name, work email, company, website, workflow description, onboarding information, support messages and information you choose to provide. Client portal records may include account status, connected-system metadata, workflow state, approvals and service metrics.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Vendrel does not intend to receive or store your full payment-card number. We may retain payment-provider identifiers, customer identifiers, transaction status, invoice information and related business records needed to provide the service, reconcile payments and support your account.
Portal sessions
The client portal uses necessary session cookies to keep authenticated users signed in and to protect account actions. These cookies are used for service functionality rather than advertising.
Business communications
Vendrel may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare audits or proposals, deliver requested services and maintain client relationships. Some business emails may use limited first-party engagement signals. Mail-provider privacy systems can make those signals inaccurate, so they are not treated as proof that a specific person read a message.
Service and operational data
When Vendrel operates a client workflow, the categories of data processed depend on the systems the client authorizes. Access and retention should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the agreed workflow, security, troubleshooting, reporting and legal recordkeeping.
Service providers
Vendrel may use infrastructure, payment, communications, analytics, security and software providers to operate its systems. Providers may change as the technology stack evolves. Vendrel does not sell website form-submission data.
Security
Vendrel uses technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the workflow, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, secret keys or payment-card numbers through ordinary website forms.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry, client, payment and operational records only as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may contact Vendrel to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain.
Changes
This notice may be updated as Vendrel's systems, providers and services change.
